Educally: Single Mobile Application for multiple schools and institutes to login and display their school or institute information publicly.
The Educally Mobile App allows all users to login to see all the schools information and make enquiry directly with the available institute , either through chat or phone oe email. All the listed schools will have an representative to see the chats and enquiries and also will have an busines panel app for setting up the school profile and creating school data.
Users can login in four types , a normal user who is looking for an institute course , as a school or institute user who can set up a school profile within the app and create the school data, as a tutor login to any particular school which has been listed in the app and as a student user to any particular school which he has enrolled into and the school is listed in the app.
Normal user without login:
This type of user will be able to only see the data but cannot chat , save or interact since there is no profile created .
Normal User Login:
This user can access to all the school information displayed publicly and can interact with the school representative with the chat option and can give reviews for institutes as he has a profile created .
School or Admin login:
This user has the normal user login features and also has the option to create school profile and edit information about the school , can create classrooms, courses, upload school data which can be publicly seen and also can edit or remove them, and can accept teachers, students and can send notices to those users who are only in that particular school.
Tutor Login:
This user has the normal user login features and also has the features like to take attendance , upload documents , school timetable, home works assignments to that particular school classroom and students only, the other school users cannot access this school data .
Student Login:
This user has the normal user login features and also has the features like viewing their dashboard with their performance , test results, notices, attendance percentage, and upload their homeworks .
App Features and paid content:
The App currently is free for any user to login and school login will be verified once they submit the login details and only will be allowed to set up school profile.
There is no payment for any feature or aany user login currently in this version of the app and few features has still not developed which will be mentioned when the user tries to access those features.
